Irina Ganieva graduated from Kuzbass State Technical University in 1998. In April, 2002 dissertation council of Altai State University awarded her with degree of Candidate of Economic Science and then her degree was approved by the Higher Attestation Commission of Ministry of Education and Science of Russian Federation. Subject of the thesis: "Development of guidelines for the establishment of a marketing system for the strategic management of enterprises in agriculture". Currently she is dealing with the problems of economic growth in the agricultural sector, cyclical economy. Irina Ganieva reads lecture courses on the subject "Economic Theory". She has 61 publications. Ganieva owns 6 regional governor awards, including the Diploma of the winner of Young Scientists of Kuzbass competition in the category "Humanities" in 2003, the Diploma "For contribution to the creation of Technology Transfer Center in the Siberian Federal District", "For the Development of Youth Policy in the Kuzbass", medal of III degree "For a special contribution to the development of Kuzbass". Member of the party "United Russia" since 2004.
